Overview

TSL Marketing is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Lead to join our team. This role includes supporting the Creative Services and SMART Marketing teams in various execution areas at TSL. The ideal candidate will possess the following core strengths:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development
  • Internal and External corporate communications
  • CRM Management
  • Assist SMART Marketing Managers in making data driven decisions to continuously WOW and Delight our customers
  • Manage social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Google Plus to grow engagement and community on behalf of our clients
  • Translate needs from marketing teammates into functional specifications for email templates, email workflows, lead capture and campaign reporting
  • Provide client-ready, detailed written analysis of and recommendations for improvement of client websites for SEO, Social Media, content and other aspects of inbound marketing
  • Leverage your command of internet marketing and your exceptional creativity to brainstorm and execute on the production of brilliant content
  • Build, edit, test and launch email marketing campaigns
  • Ensure lead data processes between HubSpot and Salesforce are working seamlessly to help optimize the revenue pipeline
  • Consult clients on ongoing DMS to drive sales
  • Measure and report on marketing campaign results and key performance indicators against baselines and benchmarks
  • Look for opportunities to optimize campaign performance
  • Help develop user profiling, scoring and measurement systems that lead to more effective communication and higher conversion
  • Create and design creative templates using Photoshop (training will be provided)
  • Fact-check research papers, articles, white papers, etc. and raise flags about questionable or inconsistent information.
  • Confirm that revised proofs are correct and changes have been made
  • SEO/PPC keyword research and recommendations reports
  • Manage presence in client social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
  • Build campaign recap and case study decks for campaigns

Secondary Duties:

  • Copywriting for projects as needed
  • Preparing and justifying job estimates and purchase order requests
  • Quality control, including proofing, reviewing, measuring and creative output and project process(es).
  • Other duties as defined by management
  • Support TSL Marketing “marketing” initiates as assigned
  • Blogging for TSL Marketing
  • Must be willing to work long hours when needed

Functional Competencies:

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Expert in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Expert knowledge of Hubspot or marketing automation platforms (Pardot, ACT-On, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Google Adwords
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, in design, dreamweaver, Illustrator) a plus
  • Experience in the Technology vertical a plus
  • Experience with Enterprise level clients a plus
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and turn-around
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle stress and remain calm and productive under unexpected pressures
  • Proactive versus reactive thinker that maintains a positive attitude
  • Minimum Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
